The story of the Pokemon Sapphire Version game begins with the player character, a young boy or girl, waking up in a hospital. They soon learn that they have been injured in a car accident and have lost their memory. The player is then able to choose one of several characters to be their partner in the game. The player and their partner travel to different regions of the world in order to catch and train Pokemon. They must also battle other trainers in order to progress. The player must also make sure to find the eight legendary Pokemon in order to complete the game. In the end, the player and their partner are able to defeat the game’s main antagonist, Team Magma.
