Pocket Monsters – Crystal Version is an RPG game for the Gameboy Color. The player controls a team of Pocket Monsters as they explore the world and battle against other teams of Pocket Monsters.
Pocket Monsters – Crystal Version for GBC
The game begins with the player character, a young boy, waking up in a hospital. He has no memory of what happened to him, but he knows that he’s in trouble. He soon learns that he’s a Pocket Monster, and that he’s been kidnapped by the evil organization Team Rocket. The player must journey through the game’s various regions, battling Team Rocket members and their Pokémon in order to free the Pocket Monsters and return them to their rightful homes. Along the way, the player will encounter new Pokémon and battle them in gym battles, as well as explore various locations. The game culminates with the player confronting Team Rocket’s leader, Giovanni, and defeating him. Afterward, the player returns all the Pocket Monsters to their homes and watches them grow up..
