The Art of Fighting Anthology is a compilation of the two fighting games, Art of Fighting and The King of Fighters, for the PlayStation 2. The game was developed by SNK and published by Capcom. It was released in Japan on December 10, 2002, in North America on October 25, 2003, and in Europe on November 2, 2003. The game features remastered graphics and new voice acting for the English and Japanese versions. The game also features a new story, which is set between the events of The King of Fighters 2003 and Art of Fighting 2004. The game’s story follows the rivalry between two martial arts masters, Robert Garcia and Geese Howard. Garcia is a master of Muay Thai, while Howard is a master of Karate. The two men meet and fight each other many times, until they finally meet in a grand match. Garcia is victorious, but Howard challenges him to a final match. Garcia accepts, but warns Howard that he is not to be taken lightly. In the final match, Garcia is able to take Howard down. However, Howard is not finished yet. He grabs Garcia’s leg and pulls him down to the ground, then proceeds to beat him senseless with his karate skills. Garcia is barely.
