Harvest Moon – Save the Homeland is a game for the Playstation 2 that was released in 2006. The game is a spin-off of the Harvest Moon series and takes place in the fictional town of New Leaf. The player takes control of a farmer who must save their town from a group of evil monsters. The game features a variety of different tasks that the player must complete in order to save their town.

In the world of Harvest Moon, the land is in peril. The evil witch, Madam Pomfrey, has cast a spell that is turning the land into a barren wasteland. The only way to break the spell is to find the seven magical stones and use them to cast the spell back to its original form. You play as either a male or female farmer, who must journey to different parts of the land in order to find the stones. Along the way, you will meet different characters, who will help you in your quest. You will also have to battle against monsters, and solve puzzles in order to progress. If you are able to save the homeland from Madam Pomfrey’s spell, you will be rewarded with a beautiful new garden to call your own..
