The game starts with the player’s team, the Yankees, up against the Red Sox. The Yankees are batting first and are up by one run. The Red Sox are batting in the bottom of the ninth inning and have the bases loaded with one out. The Yankees’ pitcher, Phil Hughes, is on the mound. Hughes has a good fastball and a good curveball. He is trying to get the Red Sox out. The Red Sox’s pitcher, Curt Schilling, is trying to get the Yankees out. Schilling has a good fastball and a good slider. He is trying to get Hughes out. The game is close, but Hughes manages to get the Red Sox out. The Yankees win the game..
