Red Dead Revolver is an action-adventure game for the PlayStation 2. The game is set in the fictional Van der Linde gang, and follows the story of John Marston, a former outlaw who has been pardoned and has returned to his home in the fictional West. The game was developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games.

In the year 1868, the American West is a lawless place. The Van der Linde gang, led by John Marston, is a ruthless group of bandits who have been terrorizing the region. The lawmen of the town of Blackwater are tired of being pushed around, and they decide to take matters into their own hands. They hire Arthur Morgan, a former member of the Van der Linde gang, to take down the Van der Linde gang. Morgan agrees, and he sets out to bring the Van der Linde gang to justice. Morgan quickly realizes that the Van der Linde gang is much more powerful than he thought. He must use all of his skills to survive against the gangsters, who are ruthless and will do anything to stay ahead of the law. Morgan must also keep an eye on his friend, Dutch, who may be betraying him. Morgan must use all of his cunning and strength to survive and bring the Van der Linde gang to justice..
