The game starts with Obi Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker dueling Darth Vader on Mustafar. Obi Wan is using his lightsaber and Anakin is using his Force powers. Vader is using his lightsaber and his Force powers. They are fighting very evenly until Vader uses his Force powers to throw Obi Wan off a cliff. Anakin comes to his rescue and they both fall into the lava. Obi Wan is badly burned and Anakin is badly injured. They are both unconscious. When they wake up, they are in a prison cell. They are both very weak and have to use the Force to escape. They find a ship and take off. They are pursued by the Empire, but they manage to escape. They end up on a planet called Mustafar. They find a secret base and rescue Padme. They also find a droid called R2-D2. They are then able to escape and go to the Death Star. They are able to destroy the Death Star and save the galaxy from the Empire.

The game begins with Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Padme Amidala escaping from the Death Star. They board a ship and head for Coruscant, the capital of the Republic. On the way, they are attacked by Darth Vader and his troops. The three heroes fight their way through the enemy forces and make it to Coruscant. There, they meet with the Senate and tell them about the Death Star. They also reveal that Darth Vader is the son of the Emperor, who was killed by Anakin. The Senate decides to send a team of Jedi to destroy the Death Star. Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Padme go with them. They travel to the Death Star and find that it is guarded by a powerful shield. They are also attacked by Darth Vader and his troops. The Jedi fight their way through the enemy forces and destroy the Death Star. They are then able to return home to the Republic..
